Global Chambers ranks our firm and its lawyers in Band N. 1 in Mining

In its last edition, Global Chambers ranks our firm among the best Chilean law firms in mining (Band N. 1). It also ranks Patricia Núñez in Band N. 1 and highlights Andrés Verdugo. With respect to the firm the publication states that IT IS A “boutique firm comprising distinguished lawyers with long-standing experience in the mining sector”. It praises the firm for its “significant expertise representing leading mining companies” “in M&A transactions including negotiation and execution of joint venture agreements, due diligence processes and financing”. It also highlights the firm’s expertise in “activity dealing with mining property rights and land easements for the development of mining projects”.
